Why did you sign up as Subcamp Leader?
I have been on subcamp teams at Poacher in 2013 and 2017 and thought it seemed a natural progression and a new challenge. I have enjoyed the variety that subcamp teams offer!
How long have you been involved in Scouting or Guiding?
I joined Brownies aged 7 and have never left, so 31 years. I am now a Guide and Rainbow Leader.
What are you most looking forward to at Poacher 2022?
Meeting new people, making new friends and reconnecting with old friends.

- Suncream
- Waterproofs
- Dry shampoo
- Baby wipes
- My mobility scooter inclusive of charger (not that it's all that easy to pack).
What's your favourite activity at Poacher?
There's too many to choose from, but if I had to pick - abseiling.
