Welcome to the Commercial Outlets And Services Team for Poacher 2008. We aim to provide all your Poacher and Camping needs, from souvenirs and daily essentials to a relaxing coffee, meal or evening’s entertainment   Opening Times, offers and prices subject to confirmation and change. Please watch the website for details.

All order forms will be issued to contingent leaders and also available on the website. Forms must be returned by deadlines as stated with the correct details and payment as necessary.  Please note full sets of Sub Camp badges must be pre-ordered on the clothing order form.   We look forward to serving you! 

Shopping - Open daily 10 am – 6pm. · 
Poacher souvenirs and a limited range of clothing available. · The Girlguiding UK Trading Depot from Scunthorpe will be open daily. · Scout Shop UK will be open daily. · Yeomans will have great deals on Tents, Camping Equipment, Sleeping bags and branded clothing. · Gas bottles will also be available on site for purchase. Most sizes stocked – details to be confirmed. 

Provisions
Grocery Shop   Open daily 7am-9.30 am for basic supplies of milk, bread, margarine, cooking oil and eggs. Also, bring your ice packs clearly labelled and securely fastened in a bag and we will freeze them ready for collection the next morning.  

Tuck Shops   The Village Tuck Shop open daily 10 am-6.30pm. A small tuck shop near the bus lane also open daily 10 am – 3.30pm.  

Supermarket Sweep
A bus will be leaving site to visit a local supermarket daily at 10 am and 1pm. Trolleys available for hire to help return your shopping to your camp site. Please do not use internet shopping as the delivery vehicles will not be allowed access to the Showground. 

The COAST team are offering a midweek grocery service. Simply place an order and collect it 48 hours later. Orders are to be given to staff at the morning
shop (open daily 7.30 - 9.30am) with payment and will be available to collect from the morning shop 48 hours later. You can download an order form on the website or pick
one up from your Sub-Camp

Evening Entertainment  
The Tube will be based on the Junior Staff Subcamp open 7-11pm. Bingo, Blind Date and the infamous Talent Show along with Old Skool disco, PJ Party and 999 Night - just some of the evenings planned! Be Prepared!!   The Station will be in the old Exhibition Hall, also open 7pm-11pm. Wacky Tie and Crazy Hat nights, Karaoke and a traditional Pub Quiz to keep everyone happy!   Both bars open Friday 25^th July to Friday 1^st August. License Laws apply  

Café Culture  
The Haven Let the COASTal Caterers take the strain and book your group in on one of our theme nights. Packed Lunches also available for groups going on day trips. Pre - booking essential to avoid disappointment. All food freshly prepared on site, most dietary needs catered for.

Breakfast 9.30-11.30     Lunch 11am-4.30pm         Evening Meal 4.30pm-7pm

The Crust-Station Pop into the Leader’s-only venue for a relaxing break, located in the old pavillion bar. Speciality teas and coffees, freshly baked cakes and pastries. Light lunches and afternoon teas. Open daily 10am-6pm    7pm-9pm 

Skip’s Kitchen  

Open daily from 8 am till late for SKIPS Full Fry, Baked Potatoes, Burgers, Hot dogs and Chips. Whatever time of day (or night!), SKIPS Kitchen will have the snack to suit you. Meal deals available for groups who want to have a night off cooking. SKIPS Ice Cream van available all day, every day (look for the queue)!
