The Mountains Sub-Camp Team for the Guides consists of:
Louise Price

Hi, I’m Louise Price and I have been a Guide Guider and Ranger Guider for over 15 years. I am currently Guide Advisor for Girlguiding Lincolnshire North and Girlguiding North East England. I have been involved in many Poachers since 1977 however this is my first Poacher as a member of staff! I work in Sales, I am married to Simon, a Scout Leader, and I have two children. India is 3 and Theo will be approaching 2 by Poacher. If you see them at Poacher with my Brown Owl Mother looking harassed chasing behind them, please say Hello! I sincerely hope you have a wonderful time at Poacher. Girlguiding and Scouting gives today’s young people some fantastic opportunities. Be challenged by the new experiences Poacher will offer you!
Sian Bower
Hi, I'm Sian Bower. I am 19 years old and I have been in Guiding since I was a Rainbow Guide. I am a first year student at the University of Nottingham, studying civil engineering (which is much harder than I thought it would be!). I am an Assistant Guider with the 1st Goxhill Guides, but as I am based in Nottingham, I am part of the guiding society there too as I do not have a unit here. I think Girlguiding is fantastic as I have done some brilliant things that I would have not had the chance to do without the Guides! I am really looking forward to Poacher 2008, as I am sure it will be the best yet!
Diane Guest

Hi, my name is Diane Guest and I am a member of Girlguiding Brigg Division. This will be my 4th Poacher – I hope you have fun and enjoy yourselves.
Kate, Emma and Briony

Hi, our names are Kate Reid, Emma Hartridge and Briony Woodcock. We are all Guiders with Units in Girlguiding Brigg Division and we are currently all students in Lincoln, Sheffield and Leeds. We are looking forward to having lots of fun at Poacher as we have done on many Poachers before. Have a great time!
Sophie, Joe, Jess

Hello! We are Sophie, Joe and Jess. We are Rangers/Explorers in Broughton, 20 miles north of Lincoln. We are looking forward to Poacher! Its not long now – only a few months to go. One of the activities we are organizing is the Great Mountain Duck Hunt! Every night we will be hiding 1000 rubber ducks around our sub-camp and every day there will be a prize for the group who hands the most back in! Happy Duck-hunting!
