Mailing
The next set of information will be sent out to group leaders in March 2008.
Security
For security reasons, no cars will be allowed onsite from midnight on Saturday 26th July until 7am on Saturday 2nd August. If cars are not removed individuals/and groups may be asked to leave the camp. Parking will be available at the main entrance to the Lincolnshire Showground.
Day Visitors
Unfortunately Poacher 2008 will not be open to Day Visitors. No visitors will be accepted on to site to ensure the safety and security of all those involved with Poacher.
Commercial Outlets and Services Team
All your catering needs from food to sweets and from clothing to entertainment in the staff bars will be managed by COAST. Please click here for more information about COAST
Media
Poacher 2008 is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the adventure and fun that Scouting and Guiding offer to all involved with the organisations. To ensure the safety and security of all those involved with Poacher, no media visitors will be allowed onsite unless accompanied by a member of the Management Team or Media Team. If you have ideas for media coverage, or would like to arrange a specific media visit to your group during Poacher, please contact media@poacher.org.uk
